The Daiwa J Braid x8 Grand braided line is a high performance line that has some unique features that set it apart from the competition. The Grand series of J Braid is made of a brand new material called “Izanas” that is woven together in 8 strands to make up this braided line. This makes it more abrasion resistant than other lines while still being supple and sensitive. It keeps its round shape longer, which allows it to lay evenly on the spool and cast well.
