The Berkley Powerbait The Deal is a versatile swimbait soft plastic that can be used for a wide range of applications. Designed to imitate a fleeing baitfish, the twin-tailed bait has high sides and a split belly that adds bulk to a presentation but still has a good hook up ratio. The vertical tail positioning and realistic shad profile of the lure make it a great option as a bladed jig trailer or a stand alone swimbait that can be rigged on a jighead or rigged weedless with a screw-in swimbait hook. They are available in a few sizes and a wide range of colors, all with Berkley’s signature Powerbait scent that fish cannot let go of.
