War on Carp T-Shirt
One of the biggest threats to our freshwater fisheries in the Southeast and parts of the Midwest is the Asian Carp. These invasive species are detrimental to our lakes and rivers and create unsafe conditions for boaters everywhere. To help combat the carp invasion, AFTCO has teamed up with Mark Menendez and the War On Carp organization to create awareness and funds to help eradicate these fish. As a first measure AFTCO has made a $10,000 donation to Lyon County Industrial Development Authority. These funds removed an additional 250,000 pounds of carp through commercial fishing subsidies.
$5 donation for each shirt sold – In addition to the donation above, $5 from each shirt sold will be donated to the battle on carp. Each War On Carp T-Shirt sold directly contributes to the cause. Support the fight to stop the carp from taking over our lakes.
