Job Description:
Real Deal Tackle is looking for a full time employee to work in a retail storefront, an
occasional trade show requiring overnight travel, and an emphasis on managing and
creating social media content/videos, and other duties as required.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:
Operate retail storefront as well as website (manage inventory/day-to-day retail
activities such as restocking inventory, customer service, maintaining a clean
storefront, fulfilling online orders, working checkout register)
Customer service (assisting customers by giving advice and expertise on general
fishing topics as well as latest trends, maintaining friendly atmosphere)
Create social media content on a regularly scheduled basis, interact with
followers/commenters on social media, reply to messages, create and edit
videos.
Lead marketing campaigns such as email newsletters and other in-store and
online advertising efforts.
Be willing and comfortable being on both sides of the camera by operating and
being filmed talking about new products or on the water techniques. Videos will
be shot on the water and in-store.
Be willing to travel to trade shows such as Bassmaster Classic, MLF
REDCREST, East Tennessee Fishing Show, ICAST, etc. Must be willing to
perform necessary duties such as setup and takedown, content creation,
operating cash registers, etc.
Staying up to date with industry trends, newest techniques, and other new
industry developments.

Job Requirements:
4+ years of bass fishing knowledge
Be proficient with modern technology and software programs such as
Microsoft Office, video editing software/tools, etc.
Knowledgeable in a variety of social media platforms
Effective time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Live within reasonable driving distance of Dayton, TN (50 miles)
